Direction to our model home from Fort Collins, Colorado

1. From Fort Collins, Colorado take Hwy 287 North to Livermore (approx. 16 miles).
2. From Livermore (the "Forks"), take County Road 74E West (left turn) toward Red Feather Lakes.
3. Go 23 miles along 74E to Creedmore Lakes Road (just past the turn off for Red Feather Village).
4. Turn Right onto Creedmore Lakes Road, go 5.5 miles along Creedmore Lakes Road to Tami Road.
5. Turn Left on Tami Road, look for the Cedar Homes sign on your Right (about 2/10th mile along Tami).
